French

I have been speaking French for most of my life, it was my chosen degree subject and the basis of my teaching qualification. I understand absolutely the more challenging areas of learning French and applying that learning to the demands of exams, without losing the love for this beautiful language. I have a wide experience of tutoring for all ages and levels, including students with a variety of learning profiles.

Approach

My approach is calm and clear, with well-planned lessons designed around specific outcomes. It is important that each session feels like time well spent for the student and that they see the value in what they are doing. The environment is relaxed but I am aware that they are giving up their time for a session, so not a minute is wasted.

Schedule

Sessions can be weekly or more frequent, according to individual requirements. Sessions can be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours in advance, after which the session will be deemed to have taken place. Payment is by invoice at the end of each month.
